DESCRIPTION:Chico Evening Republican Women – GSRW will be holding the regular General Membership meeting at La Fiesta Mexican Bar & Grill on Thursday\, October 5\, 2023 at 6:00 PM.  At 6:30 PM our speaker will be famed meteorologist Anthony Watts\, who will be joining us on Zoom.  We will be presenting the Zoom using a 65″ screen television at the restaurant.  Registration is required if you plan to view the meeting on Zoom\, while our meeting will be held in person.   << Register here >>  \nWatts has been in the weather business both in front of\, and behind the camera as an on-air television meteorologist since 1978\, notably at KHSL-TV in Chico\, and currently does daily radio forecasts on KPAY. He has created weather graphics presentation systems for television\, specialized weather instrumentation\, as well as co-authored peer-reviewed papers on climate issues. \nHe operates the most viewed website in the world on climate\, the award-winning website wattsupwiththat.com.
