Chico Evening Republican Women organized a second Trump Caravan for July 20, 2024, after having our first Trump Caravan on June 15th.  The June 15th Caravan began in the Raley’s parking lot on Notre Dame Blvd in Chico.  25 cars and trucks, most decorated with Trump and American flags, drove a route for 2 hours through the downtown Chico area.  The July 20th Caravan began in the huge parking lot of the former KMart Shopping Center.  One drive through the different route we took was an hour and twenty minutes, so we decided to stop there.

We drove over to The Tackle Box and everyone had a refreshment or lunch.  We had 2 judges for the contest for the best decorated Trump car or truck.  The first place winner in the contest for the best decorated car went to the entry due to the unique decor.  As you can see, this car had pictures drawn on all of the windows on 3 sides and depicted President Trump with this bloody ear, a raised fist, among other familiar phrases and pictures.
