August 3rd General Membership Meeting with Bill Brouhard

This month’s General Membership Meeting at La Fiesta Mexican Bar & Grill in Chico will feature Valley’s Edge Lead Planner Bill Brouhard.  Mr. Brouhard (pronounced Broward) will also bring a signup sheet to the meeting so our ladies can sign up for a tour of the proposed Valley’s Edge project.  Mr. Brouhard has worked for years to bring about this planned community project, has met all of the legal requirements of the State, County and City – and yet the Democrats in town don’t want him to build!

Democrats don’t like single family dwellings and want to force folks to live in these large apartment complexes you see popping up all over Chico without a peep.  So come down to our meeting this month and support the Valley’s Edge project.
